Chemical proteomics enables us to identify proteins which interact with active small molecules. We are applying this » technology to our drug discovery projects as well as to our partnerships.
Using this method, we have identified the profiles of hits, leads and drugs. We can identify the target profile of pharmacologically active molecules: these novel target-lead pairs with defined selectivity profiles have led us and our partners to new drug discovery opportunities.
Alongside lead optimization, we are using chemical proteomics to profile leads against the proteome to confirm their mode-of-action and to assess potential off-target liabilities.
