Pathway Mapping Technology
Tandem Affinity Purification (TAP) is the proprietary method for pathway mapping. It is used for the isolation of protein complexes, which constitute cellular pathways.
TAP is ideally suited for the combination with our sensitive mass spectrometric analysis to generate the reliable and reproducible Cellzome data set. It allows the purification of complexes under close to physiological conditions and is broadly applicable to a wide range of proteins from different subcellular compartments.
