Proteomics Technologies

Technology

Cellzome is a pioneer in the development and advancement of proteomics technologies.

We are using » Kinobeads, our unique kinase-fingerprinting platform, to generate our own
» proprietary kinase projects. This technology is being used at various stages in the drug discovery process, from screening to selectivity profiling of kinase inhibitors in different cells and also patient samples.

We are applying our » pathway mapping technology for the analysis of protein-protein interaction networks underlying disease pathways and the » chemical proteomics technology to identify the affinity interactions between active compounds and the proteome.

Both pathway mapping and chemical proteomics technologies are being applied in our collaborations with » Novartis and » Johnson & Johnson.

Cellzome has published a number of peer-reviewed landmark » publications (e.g. Bantscheff et al. Nature Biotechnology 25 2007, Bouwmeester et al. Nature Cell Biology 6 2004 and Gavin et al. Nature 415 2002) which describe these methodologies in more detail.
